Villa with a Home Study near Zurich

This concept for a family villa near Zurich was developed for clients who wanted calm everyday living combined with a fully integrated work space at home. The house is set into a sloping site and built around a clear horizontal composition, soft curves and a strong connection between the interior and the garden. The proposal relies on the contrast between the light upper volume, the stone base and long window openings. The home study is not an afterthought; it is woven into the architecture of the house while still keeping its own sense of privacy and daylight. As a visualisation study, the project is meant to capture atmosphere and proportion before construction begins. The goal was to show a house that feels refined and representative, yet still natural and calm.
